No, you don’t have to stay at your residence. Many of our Clients are either busy moving themselves out or are already relocated. As long as we can enter and exit your home freely we will complete your cleaning job for you and inform you once finished.

Q3. May i have items remaining within my residence prior to the move-out cleaning?

Ideally yes. Move-out cleaning works much better when all furniture and personal belongings have already been removed. This enables us to clean areas such as baseboards, corners and inside appliances free of obstruction.

Q4. Will you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we bring all of the necessary cleaning equipment and environmentally safe cleaning solutions. There is no reason for you to prepare anything — we arrive prepared to clean.
